The majority of Hollywood movies' special effects, such as 'Shrek' and 'Ice Age,'are done in Maya. Maya combines tools of animation, modeling, texturing, and rendering, and is like no other program.
Training Options
There are many Maya training options available for you. Online there are video tutorials to get even the novice on the right track. The Maya training videos allow you to choose from the many aspects of Maya that you need specific training in. You may be interested in going to an authorized training center for on-site training. Many short comprehensive courses are also available. Another option is to receive Maya training through a certified instructor program.. A degree in industrial design or graphic design is a prerequisite for some on-site training programs.
